Consulting on foreign economic activity

Specialists of the foreign economic activity (FEA) Department will advise and assist Your company on all issues of export and import operations.
And provide expert assistance on the following issues:

— preparation of export and import contracts in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
— putting the data on import contracts in LISSA (LISSA – необходимо на русском и английском текстах расшифровать эту абревиатуру) of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of      Uzbekistan;
— on customs procedures;
— interaction with customs authorities, transport organizations and logistics structures, customs brokers, certification agencies, institutions, etc.;
-drafting letters and applications for permits for the import — export of goods;
— submission of declarations on the use of products imported by a foreign investor for its own needs in JSC “Uzbekekspertiza”;
— preliminary calculation of customs duties on imported products;
— receiving imported goods from a customs broker in accordance with the documentation, and transfer to the warehouse of the company;
— monitoring the timely delivery of the imported goods to the office (warehouse);
-control over execution of the process of customs clearance by customs broker;
— consultations on customs clearance and customs registration of goods.
